So I checked my email and found that my emails were all canceled because the seller was ‘no longer on the Amazon platform and are unable to accept any emails.’
After having a miniature heart attack for 2 minutes, I contacted Amazon and filed a claim, which they granted 5 minutes later, and I was reimbursed the full $1460.99!
So, lesson learned, never buy from Hampton Media.

My laptop still hasn’t arrived and it’s been over 20 days. The ‘estimated delivery date’ was February 13th and it never arrived so I ended up calling and emailing the people at Hampton Media and they haven’t yet responded.
Bummed out.
